Our aim is to work closely with our promoters, ticketing partners, artists and their management, staff agencies, the local authority and a number of third parties to deliver the same experience of each event for all our visitors. Among such a varied list of events no two are the same and the operation of each including aspects such as pre-marketing, ticket sales and allocations, venue access, stewarding, scheduling and content can vary greatly.
Our facilities are monitored and assessed on a regular basis with recommendations on improvements and updates acted upon within a reasonable timescale and within any physical restrictions the design of the building may impose. Our staff are pro-active in assisting all visitors, will respond appropriately to requests for further aid and we encourage and support staff to extend their knowledge through training of specific skills that may be available.
